Service Statement

When you place an order for a commission, you also agree to abide by our Terms of Service.
Violating these rules will result in refusal of future services. As the artist, I reserve the right to deny services as I see fit.

  • ​We have D.I.D. (Dissociative Identity Disorder) and as such there are multiple members of our system. With this being said, there are times where doing art is either not possible or is difficult to handle. Completion times for commissions can vary quite a bit due to this, so patience is greatly appreciated regarding your commission completion.

    • Visual references preferred before commissioning

    • Working off written descriptions of characters will cost extra

    • Complicated Characters (design, markings, anatomy) may cost extra.​

    • If you don’t see what you are looking for on our list of will/won't draw please just ask! We’re very open to most requests.

    • ​Remember, we are human.

  • What can you do with the art?

    • Repost anywhere you’d like (unless specifically requested by artist to not post)

    • Use it as an icon, badge, or other form of representation of your character.

    • Nothing made by me, Cosmic Aquarium, may be used in any blockchain-related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. 

    • You may not use your commissioned work for any commercial purposes, unless otherwise discussed with commercial use payment. Profit made from my work will result in legal action.

    • All invoices are sent in USD.

    • We use Stripe or Paypal Invoices

    • You will be invoiced at the email you provide.

    • Payments are made in full up front before commission work is started unless previously discussed.

    • ​Payment must be made within 48 hrs after the invoice being sent unless otherwise discussed.

    • Payment plans may be available, but not guaranteed, by request only. 

    • If art isn't started yet, a full refund can be provided upon request. ​

    • Failure to send payment in a timely manner will result in a cancelled commission and banned from further commissions.

    • Commercial work is more costly and is done on a case by case bases.

    • Any money sent to us outside of invoices will be considered a tip or donation (please wait for the invoice

    • The artist may deny any edits after the sketch approval stage. 1-2 small edits will be permitted during the sketch stage, any major edits will incur further cost.

    • Limited to 1-2 small edits after the piece is fully completed, but additional charges may apply.

    • There will be no edits made to commissions over two months old from the time of its completion.

    • Do not edit my art without permission. It makes me extremely uncomfortable when people edit my art. I'm happy to make changes, but you need to talk to me and ask instead of doing it on your own.

    • You may edit your art into telegram stickers

  • We do our best to keep wait times as small as possible.

    • Custom Commissions currently have a 2 week to 2 month turn around time. If you need it done by a specific time please let us know.

    • YCHs typically take priority (1-7 Day Turnaround)

    • The Artists will not always work on commissions in the order they receive them. If the client feels they have been forgotten, we encourage to reach out to the artist. 

    • If the commission the client inquires about has a deadline is tight it may effect the price of the commission. 

    • Art styles depend on who is fronting, and other styles are experimental. If you want a specific style please mention that right away for a proper art quote.

    • Backing out of a winning bid or auto buy will result in immediate blacklisting to prevent further bidding on any art.

    • Art will be offered to second highest bidder. 

    • Sketch Commissions do not receive WIPs. 1 WIP will be provided for custom commissions at the sketch phase, additional WIPs at the commissioners request. ​

    • If commissioner cancels after sketch phase, artist may take sketch and put it up for auction, turn into a YCH, or use for personal use themselves instead.

Client / Artist Confidentiality Policy

We don't want our clients feeling anxious when discussing commission details involving possible problematic kinks or sensitive subjects you may enquire about. Anything discussed during a commission interview will be kept confidential between the artist and client, no fear of being ‘canceled’ or called out here, promise. Don't discuss other clients commissions with me. Accusations and rumors about clients will be left at the door. If we are uncomfortable with the content you are requesting for us to draw, we will let you know and the content can either be changed or the commission will be turned down.
