Additional Important Subscription Information:

🐙 Subscription Billing
New subscriptions will refresh on the 1st of each month. Meaning if you subscribe mid-month, you’ll be charged again on the 1st. This helps us keep better track of monthly art rewards. (for our sanity!)

(Example: You subscribe on January 25th, you’ll get charged again on February 1st and every 1st of the month as your subscription continues.)

🐙 Group Picture Eligibility

  • Cookie Jar Tier: Minimum of five (5) consecutive months of active subscription.

  • Magic Markers Tier: Minimum of two (2) consecutive months of active subscription.

  • Squid Squad Tier: Minimum of one (1) month of active subscription.

Group pictures are created twice per year. Any interruption to a subscription resets eligibility. Eligibility is determined at the time the group picture begins.


🐙 Squid Squad Rewards

Squid Squad subscribers may choose one of the following reward options:

Option A: Monthly YCH

  • Any YCH priced $75 USD or under in the current YCH catalog is eligible.

  • More complex add-ons (such as custom diapers or clothing) may cost extra, depending on complexity.

  • YCH availability is subject to the current catalog and artist discretion.

Option B: Custom Art (Bi-Monthly or Stacked)

  • Custom art rewards are earned every other month.

  • A standard custom reward includes:

    • One character

    • Flat coloring

    • Simple background

  • Subscribers may save (stack) multiple months of custom rewards to upgrade their piece.

    • Example: Saving 4 months can be used toward a two-character flat with a more detailed background.

  • Stacked rewards must still fall within reasonable scope and may require discussion before approval.

🐙 Reward Tracking

We use a tracking spreadsheet to monitor:

  • When rewards are claimed

  • Which reward option was chosen

  • How many months of rewards are available to stack

This helps ensure rewards are applied fairly and accurately.
